Overview

• Client Engagement
- Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
- Present furnishing solutions and design concepts confidently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Sales Activities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed projects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide input for marketing materials and product presentations.
• Design & Product Knowledge (Specific to Furniqube)
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards for client presentations.
- Stay updated on furnishing trends, materials, and design innovations.
- Support the design team in project development when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and drafting software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales/marketing within the furnishing or interior design industry is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, good communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients. The role includes design development, client meetings, preparing 2D/3D drawings, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
- Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
- Prepare technical drawings using tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Coordinate with carpenters, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design execution.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture as per project standards.
- Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
- Present design concepts, material options, and pricing to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and design presentations.
- Handle walk-in clients and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support marketing tasks including social media content, catalog updates, and in-store promotions.
Required Skills
