About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, engage with customers, promote Furniqube products and services, and convert enquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong follow-up skills and an interest in interior design, furniture and home furnishing products.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and field activities. * Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements. * Promote Furniqube's interior design, furniture, teakwood furniture, home décor and mattress products. * Explain product features, pricing, customization options and services to customers. * Schedule customer meetings, showroom visits and site visits. * Coordinate with the interior design and sales teams for customer requirements. * Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals. * Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers. * Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets. * Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and potential customers. * Support digital marketing activities through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other channels. * Maintain accurate customer and lead information. * Collect customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience. * Track competitors, market trends and customer preferences. * Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions and other marketing activities.

Skills Required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills. * Good sales and presentation skills. * Ability to generate and convert leads. * Good follow-up and relationship-management skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and social media platforms. * Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. * Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. * Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits when required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. * Experience in sales, marketing, interior design, furniture, real estate, home furnishing or retail will be an advantage. * Knowledge of interior design and furniture products is preferred. * Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

Design Responsibilities

• Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
• Prepare technical drawings using tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with carpenters, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design execution.
• Select materials, finishes, and furniture as per project standards.
• Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Present design concepts, material options, and pricing to clients.
